Dr Arpit Patel was born and raised in Philadelphia. After attending Lasalle College Highschool, he decided to take some time to travel abroad where he experienced the cultures of Europe and eventually made his way to India where he completed his dental degree and was able to serve some of the world’s most underserved.
After returning home, he volunteered at the Veterans Hospital in Washington DC while successfully finishing his board exams. He graduated from the advanced standing program at Temple University Kornbern School of Dentistry where he was awarded the highest honor in the OKU comprehensive dentistry competition. For the past 5 years, Arpit has worked and served the communities of rural Pennsylvania. Now, settled more locally with his wife – Trisha, an ICU Pharmacist at Chester County Hospital, and his young son, Arpit looks forward to being a part of the local community and being able to spend more time with his family.
His pride in dentistry comes from being able to provide his patients multiple options, especially comprehensive and conservative planning when practical. As he likes to say, we are not treating teeth, we are treating people. His interests outside of dentistry include carpentry and all Philadelphia sports.
